Francis Xavier Aloysius James Jeremiah Keenan Wynn (July 27, 1916 - October 14, 1986) was a character actor and son of Disney legend, Ed Wynn.

He was famous for playing Disney villains, mostly the villainous businessman, Alonzo Hawk in The Absent-Minded Professor, Son of Flubber, and Herbie Rides Again.

He also portrayed Martin Ridgeway in Snowball Express, the corrupt district attorney John Slade in The Shaggy D.A., the sequel to classic Disney comedy, The Shaggy Dog, and Vince Heber in Smith!. He was considered to voice the March Hare in Alice in Wonderland while his father voiced the Mad Hatter and later considered for the role of Barnanby in Babes in Toyland. He also served as the narrator and the voice of The Contagion Corps Sergeant in the 1973 animated short, VD Attack Plan
